Packages are available for real estate. These packages can be just aerial photos or video, both photo and video, or a combination of ground base and aerial services, where OverSite can provide photography and video of both the interior and exterior of a home and property.
Packages begin at $150 for 5-7 retouched aerial photographs. If desired two files of each photo will be provided at the same cost, one at print resolution, and the second sized for the MLS website.
Aerial video packages start at $300. Video is delivered as a link to a Vimeo page where the video can be downloaded, embedded or left as a link. The edited video will be 1-2 minutes in length and will include property and realtor information at beginning and end of video. Music will be included with the video unless requested otherwise. Longer videos and higher acreage properties will increase the cost, as will a mix of aerial and interior video.
